Book this for blow out & if your ends need to be trimmed as well.
Friendly Advice- If you have freshly removed braids please make sure that hair is completely detangled to remove excess dead hair from protective style before appointment.
Please read to avoid being cancelled without notice.
🛑2023 POLICY
- [ ] Bring lace 48 hours before appointment to 609 redwater road Wake Village, Texas Suite 28 or Suite 3. If no one is there, please leave the lace in the mailbox with your name on it. No lace, no appointment.
- [ ] When booking, please book the first appointment time that shows on the day you are booking, booking midway through the schedule blocks others from booking that day. If you book midway, I will contact you to reschedule for an earlier or later time.
- [ ] Please do not arrive early to your appointment because there is no waiting area inside. No guest are allowed including children. You have a 15 minute grace period before your appointment is canceled.
- [ ] No refunds under any circumstances. If your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled by me then the deposit transfers to your next appointment.
- [ ] No calls, no shows will be blocked and no longer able to book with anyone in the salon for any service.
- [ ] To reschedule, please check your email for an email from SESAMI. It will guide you on how to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Canceling within the required time is the only way to receive your deposit back.
- [ ] Please come with your hair blown out and/or detangled even if you have booked a shampoo service. If you can not comb through it, it’s not detangled properly. There is a $50 inconvenience fee to detangle matted hair.
- [ ] If you are booking prior to an event, please book 5 hours before the event time. I will not rush to complete a service. Please allow time for mistakes and delays.
- [ ] Read your service description before booking to know what you need to bring to your appointment. You can not change ur service when arriving to the appointment nor add services to your appointment due to the service time being calculated for that day.
- [ ] Please be aware that you may not be the only client for the day, so be courteous of others time.
- [ ] I no longer accept lace from the hair stores or wigs installed previously without consult FIRST.
- [ ] I have hair on hand and I provide services that have hair included. The only hair approved for install is Empire Brand or hair from the listed vendors below. ❤️I also will re-install any hair that I’ve installed previously before.❤️
- [ ] Deposits are deducted from the full service cost. Please bring correct amount owed in cash. I accept cash, cash app, PayPal or Venmo.
